Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- FREE Standard Shipping is offered on Single Card orders only (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) Please indicate if you need Express or Overnight Shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- We do our best to get your product shipped to you in a timely fashion. Please know that weather and transportation issues can occur which we have no control over. Thank you for your understanding of this.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bearclawrbdesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. A picture of the damaged package will help in what happened to the item.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
